Our PTI rate does indeed include a box estimate.
The customer gets an immediate sense of the total repairs needed, both box and unit combined on 1 estimate. After approval, both box and unit are repaired almost simultaneously, resulting in less handling charges and quicker turnaround of equipment.
When heavy damages are detected we suggest the customer to redirect the container to our depot where we have state of the art repair facilities. Needwise we can organise the transfer on behalf of the customer.
Detailed estimate will or can be send via EDI.
After repair the container can be collected at the depot thus saving further transport costs.
Every emergency repair can be repaired within hours.
